A beach resort like no other
Welcome
Huay Yang is one of Thailand's best-kept secrets — a quiet fishing village where time moves slower and the sea is always warm
About 4.5 hours south of Bangkok and 2 hours from Hua Hin lies Dream Beach Resort — a small paradise for those seeking something different. No high-rises, no traffic, no tourists with selfie sticks. Just sand, sea, palm trees, and the feeling of having found something truly special.

The Resort
Everything you need, nothing you don't

Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi
A large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and palm trees, plus a jacuzzi for those who want a little extra. Open all day — perfect for a morning dip or cooling off after a day at the beach.

Tropical Gardens
The entire resort is surrounded by lush tropical gardens with plumeria, bougainvillea, frangipani, and coconut palms. Paths between the buildings are paved with natural stone and lit with lanterns in the evening.

Rooftop Terraces
Several apartments have private rooftop terraces with 360-degree views of the sea, mountains, and village. Up here you're above the treetops — the perfect spot for sunset cocktails.

Beach Restaurant & Bakery
Just one minute's walk away you'll find the Surin beach restaurant with fresh seafood and authentic Thai cuisine. The bakery bakes sourdough bread, cinnamon buns, and croissants every morning from 06:30.
The Area
What's nearby?
The Fishing Village of Huay Yang
An authentic Thai fishing village with around 3,000 inhabitants. Local food markets with fresh seafood, small cafés and shops, and a vibrant community living in rhythm with the sea.
The Beach
Kilometers of fine, golden sand — almost without tourists. The water is shallow and calm, perfect for swimming, paddling, and snorkeling. No aggressive vendors, no crowds. Just steps from your house are two private beach pavilions with soft, comfortable cushions, offering a peaceful retreat to relax and enjoy the stunning beachfront setting.
National Parks
Hat Wanakon National Park is just 20 minutes away. Sam Roi Yot National Park — famous for Phraya Nakhon Cave — is an hour's drive. Rainforests, waterfalls, and mountain trails.
Temples & Culture
Wat Thammikaram on the hilltop with its monkeys and panoramic views is worth a visit. Local festivals and markets offer insight into Thai culture that tourists rarely experience.
Local Food Markets
Fresh produce markets with fruit, vegetables, seafood, and street food. Try grilled squid, mango sticky rice, or fresh coconut ice cream. Everything is incredibly cheap — a full dinner for under $5.
Hua Hin — The Big City
Just 2 hours away you'll find night markets, shopping malls, golf courses, and fine restaurants. Perfect for a day trip when you want a bit more action.
